The tenth US International Philatelic Exhibition, also known as Washington 2006, opened at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC on May 27, 2006.  To commemorate the occasion, a souvenir sheet with one stamp was issued.  Denomination of stamps was $5.  There were other versions in issue that has 3 stamps.
